Rules of procedure

Article 1. Conditions of registration

The participant in the activities organized by the Moliets Surf School certifies that he/she can swim 25M, that he/she has no medical contraindications to surfing and that he/she has read the general conditions of sale and regulations.

Article 2. Course payment 

Payment for lessons must be made on registration by cheque, cash or credit card. For all bookings, the registration must be accompanied by a deposit cheque made payable to SAS BA SURF. The balance must be paid on the first day of the course. The reservation is effective upon receipt of the completed registration form accompanied by the deposit cheque.

Article 3. Course cancellation

Moliets surf school reserves the right to modify, postpone or cancel lessons in the event of bad weather conditions (lack of waves, storms, pollution...°) or events beyond its control. You will be offered a make-up session or, failing that, a refund. No refunds will be made for lessons missed due to the participant's own fault, except on presentation of a medical certificate. Any absence or cancellation not notified 24 hours in advance will be billed.

Article 4. Responsibility of the structure

The trainees will be taken in charge by the structure and thus under the responsibility of the instructors when their name is called. They remain under the instructor's responsibility until their surfboard is packed up and/or they return by shuttle bus to the initial meeting point. The structure's civil liability for its trainees ceases outside these hours, within the time limits described above. The parents or guardians of the trainees must ensure that the planned service takes place before entrusting the trainees to the center.

Article 5. Commitment of the structure

As part of the chosen formula, the school undertakes to respect the quality charter in terms of welcome, teaching, supervision and safety. The necessary equipment (wetsuits, surfboards, etc.) will be provided to trainees during course hours. Participants are responsible for the equipment entrusted to them (boards, wetsuits, etc.) during lesson hours, particularly in the event of loss, theft or damage.

Article 6. Theft of objects

Moliets Surf School accepts no responsibility for the loss, theft or deterioration of objects entrusted to it.

Article 7. Image rights

By registering for the services organized by the structure, you authorize the latter to use the photos and/or films of your image taken during your training course, for the production of any publicity document and this, without financial consideration.
