We offer surf lessons and courses for children, teenagers and adults.

I booked three private lessons and was so grateful to meet Paul and Victor—they were just wonderful! I never would have expected to make so much progress based on my own expectations. I’m very grateful for the time I spent with both of you as instructors! I also loved the shop and all the nice people who helped me with the board and everything else. It felt like I’d been coming there for years. I’ll definitely be back next year—and I’ll bring more people with me!!! How to improve your surfing?

There's no secret to improving your surfing! You need to gain experience by spending time in the water, train regularly, take lessons, work on your physical condition and master the basics. It's also essential to choose the right board (i.e. the board suited to your level) and to surf with experienced people. Surf instructors will help you to quickly correct your mistakes and perfect your technique. Don't worry, you can improve while having fun! The pleasure curve is proportional to the progression curve, and you'll be able to explore new waves at every stage. So strap on your wetsuit, grab your board and get in the water for a great time on the waves!

What are the best conditions for taking surf lessons in Moliets?

To get the most out of your surfing experience, it's important to choose the right conditions. The best time to surf is usually early morning or late afternoon, but this isn't always the case. When the wind blows from land to sea (offshore), the waves are also more suitable for surfing. Wave size and shape change with the tide, so it's important to know the tide times to choose the right time to go surfing. You'll enjoy the best surfing conditions on this spot, with westerly swells, easterly winds and low tides rising to mid-tide. At low tide, a magnificent sandbar forms at the mouth of the river. The best seasons for experienced surfers are autumn and winter, when the waves are strong, but spring and summer remain very pleasant surfing seasons, especially for learning to surf.

Know how to read the tides before taking surf lessons

Tides are caused by the gravitational interaction between the Earth, Moon and Sun. This means that tides have a regular cycle, with two high and two low tides per day. To find out when the tide is high or low on your favorite beach, you can consult an online tide table. There, you can observe the signs indicating whether the tide is rising or falling. If the tide is high, you'll notice that the beach is smaller, as seawater covers more sand. If the tide is going out, the beach will get bigger as the water recedes. As well as looking at the beach, you can also observe the height of the waves. Waves will be higher at high tide and lower at low tide.
