Whether it's your first contact with the waves or a refresher course to get you back into the swing of things, a beginner's course will enable you to discover or rediscover the pleasures of surfing. It won't take you long to get the hang of it.

The aim of this surfing course is to introduce you to the ocean environment and help you develop a sense of ease and confidence in dealing safely with this element.

The main aim is to discover and learn how to surf safely. We'll give you the right instructions to help you progress and have fun, whatever your level. Suitable for beginners and intermediates. We can surf offshore if conditions permit.
Discovering a surfing area (choosing a suitable surf spot).
Learning to choose waves suitable for surfing.
Discovering surfing safety rules and actions to take with a surfboard.
Starting to learn how to choose the right waves to surf.
Being able to glide in a lying position with control on a board.
Getting up on your board and surfing standing up in the shore areas.
Taking action on your board and starting to turn.

COURSE SEQUENCE
Welcome trainees to the school.
Choice of equipment (wetsuits and boards) adapted to surfing conditions and each person's level of experience.
Definition of the most suitable spot according to swell, tides and sandbanks.
Specific warm-up to awaken the muscles and joints required during the session.
Launch with advice tailored to your individual needs.
Return to the surf school and debriefing.
1h30 of surfing (equipment and insurance included).
Meet 15 minutes before the lesson time at our school on the main square in Moliets Plage. The schedule will depend on sea conditions. Safety and wave quality are our priorities.
Maximum 8 students per instructor. Minimum age 5.
