Private surf lessons are the perfect way to get personalized advice for one session. The instructor will give you precise, taylored recommendations to improve your surfing.
Do you have a beginner, intermediate or expert level and want the best advice to continue your progress? Then our coaching package could be just what you need. In groups of up to 4, or on an individual basis, you'll have an instructor who'll listen to you and give you personalized feedback.

TRAINING OBJECTIVES
The main aim is to discover and learn how to surf safely. We'll give you the right instructions to help you progress and have fun, whatever your level. Suitable for beginners and intermediates. We can surf offshore if conditions permit.
Discovering a surfing area (choosing a suitable surf spot).
Learning to choose waves suitable for surfing.
Discovering surfing safety rules and actions to take with a surfboard.
Starting to learn how to choose the right waves to surf.
Being able to glide in a lying position with control on a board.
Getting up on your board and surfing standing up in the shore areas.
Taking action on your board and starting to turn.
Price for a private surf lesson: 110€.

COURSE SEQUENCE
Welcome trainee(s) to the school.
Choice of equipment (wetsuits and boards) adapted to surfing conditions and level of practice.
Definition of the most suitable spot according to swell, tides and sandbanks.
Specific warm-up to awaken the muscles and joints required during the session.
Launch with advice tailored to your individual needs.
Return to the surf school and debriefing.
1h30 of surfing (equipment and insurance included).
Meet 15 minutes before lesson time at the school on the main square in Moliets Plage. Timetable will depend on sea conditions. Safety and wave quality are our priorities.
Lessons can be booked for 1 to 4 people (regressive rates). From 5 years of age.
