There's no age limit for taking your first waves or foams. We offer surfing lessons for children aged 6 to 10, so they can discover their first gliding sensations in complete safety.

WHAT WILL KIDS LEARN IN SURF LESSONS?

The aim of the kid's surfing course is to familiarize the little ones with the ocean and help them feel as comfortable as possible with this element, in complete safety and confidence.

TRAINING OBJECTIVES

We make sure to position the children at the water's edge where they can walk.
In a gentle learning process, we teach them the safety rules for surfing without getting hurt, and how to ride under or over waves.
Using appropriate language, we explain how to recognize the dangers of the ocean and how to behave so as to have fun in safety.
They will learn how a surfboard or bodyboard works.
At their own pace, we will take the children to choose their first waves, get up, surf and have fun.

COURSE SEQUENCE

Welcome trainees to the school.
Choice of equipment (wetsuits and boards) adapted to surfing conditions and each person's level.
Descend to the beach at low tide to ride the small waves.
Specific warm-up to awaken the muscles and joints required during the session.
Launch with advice tailored to each individual.
Return to the surf school and debriefing.
Our team is trained to introduce surfing to people with disabilities.
